Xsmall: 9-14 inches (around 9 inches when tied & snap closed. around 14 inches when just snap closed.)

Small: 11 to 16 inches (around 11 inches when tied & snap closed. around 16 inches when just snap closed.)

Medium: 14 to 21 inches (around 14 inches when tied & snap closed. around 21 inches when just snap closed.)

Large: 18 to 23 inches (around 18 inches when tied & snap closed. around 23 inches when just snap closed.)

We do not accept returns, however, we do accept exchanges. If you order the wrong size, you may return it for the correct size. Other than that, all sales are final. No refunds will be given.
