My dog will be groomed by a trainee

I will be receiving a discount on my dog's haircut because my dog will be groomed by a trainee

The trainee grooming my dog will be supervised by a certified Pet Stylist

I will be required to fill out a grooming form to confirm the status of my dog before grooming

I will be required to fill out a grooming form to confirm the status of my dog after grooming

If my dog is matted or tangled, I will not receive services

If my dog is not up-to-date on rabies vaccinations, I will not receive services

Trainee day is on Fridays only, so my appointment will be on a Friday

If I miss my appointment, I will no longer be eligible for Trainee Day

If I cancel with less than 24 hours before my appointment, I will no longer be eligible for Trainee Day

Pictures of my dog will be taken before and after to show trainee progress

My dog will not be getting a specialty cut as the trainee is not learning those yet.

Submitting this application does not guarantee that I will be approved for a Trainee Day Booking slot
